What Happens During Your Try-Dive?
A Try-Dive at Kilmarnock Sub Aqua Club is the perfect way to experience the underwater world in a safe, controlled environment. Sessions run at the Galleon Leisure Centre every Monday evening from 8 pm to 10 pm (October to April). This introduction is ideal for beginners and anyone curious about diving. Simply compute the form below and one of the team will call you to arrange your dive.
- Safety Briefing: Learn the basics of scuba diving and how the equipment works from a qualified ScotSAC instructor.
- Equipment Overview: Understand the mask, regulator, buoyancy control device, and air cylinder you’ll use.
- Pool Session: Enjoy a one-to-one guided dive in the swimming pool, practice breathing underwater, and move comfortably.
- Certificate: Receive a certificate and discover how to join KSAC for full training.
